Recently I received a curious email from a touring interview operation called the 'AHA Moment'. The organizers had read something about some of my recent cooking demonstrations and decided I might have something to share. The fact that they were coming to town in a beautifully restored Airstream trailer made the participation even more tempting. The folks were very interesting and the stories are palpable.
